Shipping Policy

Order processing starts after 48 hours from the placement of an order. It includes packaging and shipping to the authentic courier partner. Our objective is to ensure your order is dispatched and reached to the customer within the stipulated time period.

(Exceptions: This time period may be prolonged owing to any disturbances including but not limited to government regulations, national holidays, natural calamities or Act of God)

For Domestic Orders:

All orders are eligible for Free shipping within the territory of India.

For International Orders:

• We deliver products to most of the specified countries that accepts orders with India as origin.
• All international orders up to value of $## will be charged $## flat as shipping charge (irrespective of the total number of items ordered).
• Our prices are inclusive of all taxes (except Import/Custom Duty, if applicable at your destination region).

Delivery Policy:

• Usually, the estimated time for delivery for any domestic order is 5-7 working days from the day the order was placed. For international orders, the estimated time of delivery lies between 7-15 working days from the day of order placement.
• Payment is acceptable by us made by only ONLINE through ‘your chosen’ mode of payment (as described on our website).
• For all the orders, you agree that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card or you should be liable for E-payment mode. We will not process your order until “Successful Payment” confirmation has been received by us.
• Moreover, the customer should be available at the informed address on the fixed delivery date and time and will be confirmed with a call from the courier person on behalf of LFD.
• If the customer is not available at the time of delivery; courier partner will take 1- 3 trials to provide you your order; if all attempts get failed, we bring back our product in our ware house. In this case, we will refund the amount to the customer with deducted logistic fare.
